The journey of Mokshaverse began with a simple yet profound realization, which evolved into a mission to blend ancient wisdom with modern learning creating innovative products that empower children with 21st-century skills while keeping them deeply connected to their Sanatan heritage.
Beginning with a Denial
The spark for Mokshaverse was ignited by a call from the founder’s younger sister, who lives in the United States. She expressed her frustration with the lack of tools available to help parents introduce Sanatan Dharma to their children in a meaningful and engaging way. Initially, the founder didn’t view this as a genuine problem. With so many storybooks, YouTube channels, temples, sects, scriptures, and learned people, he believed that understanding and teaching ancient scriptures to children should be straightforward.
The Eureka
However, his sister’s persistence led him to reconsider. Reflecting on his own knowledge and the pointers that his sister shared, he realized that the depth and complexity of the cultural heritage were far greater than he had imagined, and now making this wisdom accessible to young minds proved to be a significant challenge. It became clear that parents were often able to teach only a few rituals, and much of the deeper wisdom was missing from these interactions.
Initial Positioning
With this newfound understanding, Mokshaverse was born. The initial goal was to create products that would teach the intricacies of Sanatan Dharma to children in a way that resonated with them. The aim was to develop tools that were not only educational but also engaging, ensuring that the teachings of ancient scriptures could be passed down in a format that children would find exciting.
As Mokshaverse engaged with more parents, they discovered something important. While parents were eager to connect their children with their roots, they were even more focused on preparing them for the future. There was a strong desire to equip children with skills like creativity, critical thinking, reading comprehension, and problem-solving—all essential for success in the modern world.
The Pivot
This realization was a turning point for Mokshaverse and it was an advantage. The founder had already spent a considerable amount of time working on educational innovation and futuristic education. In the past, they had run a large community for edtech entrepreneurs and another for school leaders. They had also consulted with schools on how to grow and innovate, which made this pivot a natural fit.
Current Status
Recognizing the need to merge cultural teachings with future-ready skills, Mokshaverse shifted its approach. They expanded their vision to develop a product line that not only instills the values and wisdom of Sanatan Dharma but also nurtures the futuristic skills that parents are keen for their children to master. Today, Mokshaverse’s products help children become well-rounded individuals—grounded in their cultural heritage while being fully prepared to thrive in the future.
